Default high miles

I have a 99 f250 with 230xxx miles. If I put a chip will it cause more wear off the norm ????

Adding performance to anything will decrease the life of something mechanical. So my guess would be yes.. You might as well it's not going to destroy you're motor it's not that big of a risk.

Yes. You will decrease the engine life. You are adding more stress the the crank, rods, bearing, etc. It will wear out faster.

If you do allot of heavy hauling. It is WELL worth the added power. If you DD. It is a toss up.

Ultimately...... DO IT......

TS 6 Position chip, cold air intake, 5' exhaust to start.
