It is a plug right by the washer fluid box. It has a very long cord and I have no idea where it goes..if you look at your truck it is connected right under the washer fluid box to a large group of wires. And looks like it runs either upwards or towards the front somewhere

 

Can you take a pic. I spend allot of time working on my truck so might be a help. Also look at google images maybe?
