icp had oil in it (changed out) cleaned ipr and inspected it ,while starting oil pressure goes to 3500 psi at head oil rails ,unplugged ipr oil pressure stays at 0 psi ,fuel pressure at fuel bowl 58 psi, changed the cps (crank positioning sensor).
Any ideas and what should the hpop pressure be at start up?
