wicked wheel questions?

what exactly does the wicked wheel do? and what advantages does it have to put an aftermarket one in?

The blade design helps with surging. Generally after a chip install and intake, exhaust you will get a slight surge. It is actually the wheel stopping and going it is hard on the turbo as you can imagine.
