damn 7.3l electrical
ok guys 01 7.3l new driver valvecover gasket and new pigtail replaced all the way up to the master harnes disconect and cleened all the pins and #6, and #8 injector arent fireing can swap injectors around all day long they all work but 6 and 8 still dont fire with a code p1316 whats the possibility of a dying IDM? or wires between the two

ok put a new/used idm in the truck and same thing #6 and #8 not fireing i guess the only other thing to do is replace the entire wiring harness?

ok guys i checked continuity bewteen the injector plugs and truck side of the master disconect on top of the driver valve cover and they seem to be intact with no breaks i guess the next thing to do would be to check voltage while the truck iss running and see if its getting a signal to the injectors rather than checking each wire with a continuilty tester does anyone know the voltage each injector recieves to fire?
