Default 4 inch vs 6 inch Lift

I have a 02 Ford F250 7.3L 4x4 Super Cab

I'm planning on running 35" Toyos on it.

Which lift would be better 4 inch or 6 inch?

Thanks

Where can I buy a 4inch lift with shocks that is reliable?

4" will work, but 6" looks better. Ive always had Fab-tech lift kits on my past trucks and never had a problem.
