I was just wondering who else had a high mile 7.3. Mine hit 370000 today and still runs and pulls like a dream.

 

Thats pretty good. I have always traded or sold mine when they hit about 250-270k. But that was before the new normal economy...

 

You gotta be getting close to that range... I know somebody who wants your truck.....

 

With regular maintnance, it will go way higher than that. My dad sold his 7.3 IDI with
429k on the clock and it still ran very well. That was 6 years ago, and the guy who bought it is my dad's neighbor, and he's still driving it.

 

354,XXX Still Rollin 14,XXX lbs daily and occasionally drag excavation equipment to and from. Best engine ever! IMO Just replaced the cps today

 

Now thats a workhorse!!! Those engines seem happiest when theyre working hard.
