Just curious on how much the fuel tank on my 99 7.3 weighs with approx 1/8 of fuel left in it. Is dropping it a job I can perform by myself without a jack or am i likely going to need another person?

You will be fine. Bit tough to get in there by yourself but down is easy.

If your stock height it might be easy to even get it up there.
