Welcome. Re check your CPS. Just b/c its new doesnt mean its a good one. Same happened to my neighbor's truck (lifted 2003 f250 w/ 7.3). His CPS went out and he replaced with a new one, only to have it take a crap just 9 days later. Luckily he bought 2, so he had a spare. After troubleshooting, he put in the spare CPS, and the engine started.
Just a thought.........

Did that help it or not? Do you have access to a scanner? Did the CEL come on when it died? Did it fire back up or is it not running currently?

Still no crank after new cps, no access to scanner, working out of town(2800mi from home), not sure about the CEL it died in the middle of a curve so I was concentrated on makeing the turn, after it died hasnt cranked since, towed it back to my camper with a tow strap

Just for clarification, Are you talking "no crank" as in faulty battery circuit, or "no start" as in cranking with no fire-up?

Got it. That could be any number of things Lift pump comes to mind tho. A scanner would definately make life easier.

Without a scanner, a no start is almost impossable to guess at.
