size injectors
First it depends on what your Fuel Psi is at now running WOT. Below 45psi at WOT, and your injectors will suffer.
IMO, with a healthy HFCM (55-60psi @ WOT), 155/30 injectors would be my max. Any bigger then you might have to have your tune written to pull out fuel.

I can drain my fuel pressure down now with stock injectors and a hot tune.
Monsterstroke is this for a 6.0 or a 7.3? I see your sig says a 2000 powerstroke, but you're in the 6.0 section...
What other mods do you have now?

That doesnt help much...
Assuming you have a chip now, your at about 280-300RWHP...
So you would like to be at about 450-500hp...
You will need...
Studs $600
valve springs $100
fuel system (regulated return, 5/8 pickup and such) $700
turbo (38R, or H2e or S300) $1500-$2700
Injectors (238/100, 238/200, 250,200 or like) $2000
Tuning to run it... $400
Then a tranny to hold up... $4000
Looking at about 8k give or take a few hundred...
