Why do you have a boost pressure relief valve?

Check the plenums themselves too where they seal to the head. Found a leak on my 99 on the front of the pass. Plenum... Up pipes, exhaust manifolds?

Yes, up-pipes. especially where they connect to collector. look for black exhaust residue near the connection.

I would guess you have a drive pressure leak, I can almost hear it on the video. Up pipes, and go from there.

You can remove the over boost regulator on the OBS. Only time I would run one on an OBS is if your making over 35-40# boost, and thats just to protect the sensor itself.

The OBS do not throw a SES for over boost.

With stock tuning you will not see over about 18psi anyway. If the truck is running fine it could be just a gauge issue as well. It sounds pretty healthy.

they dont set a CEL for over boost but they defuel for over boost, they start to defuel at around 35psi.
