cold start problems?

when it was clicking, was the key on or off?

it was doing it once the truck was running

ok. it could be the relay going out. since the relay will stay open for up to 2 minutes after it's running.

ok when it was clickin it was doing it pretty hard cuz i could really feel it when i put my hand on it and yes it did not stay on for 2 minutes probably 30 seconds at the most

I would order a heavier duty relay, the Stancor unit is a good piece. Also ohm out your relays. Mine were recently replaced by the PO and one was bad and one was unplugged. Made it smoke (blue though) like a pig on cold starts.

MIne also starts like crap if the GPs aren't lit up. Even after I cycle it for 2 min. I turn the ignition off then on, wait for the GPR to kick on, then immediately start. Only a small puff now.
