extreme towing egt's
If you want a bit more HP...
AC injectors (160cc/stock nozzles)
H2e (standard not modded)
Superduty IC
I have a 3" downpipe. How much cooler would a 4" run?
I have a diy intake with napa 6637 filter (equivalent). Is there anything significantly better?
I have a 6.0 intercooler. Is there anything significantly better? Is this significantly better than a S.D. 7.3 I.C.? What about aftermarket?

6637 is all the air you need. You will not get anything better as far as flow goes.
Would 3" plenums make much difference?
Would largerer injector nozzles affect temps (assuming the same quantity is injected).
I have a H2e turbo (not installed yet). Is this the best I can do (within reason)?
Anything I'm forgetting about?
Water injection is a subjuct unto itself and I hope to avoid the discussion until later (or seperately) assuming anyone takes an interest in this thread. PLEASE start your own thread if you can't wait.

There it is!
Now that we have established what constitutes the coolest running obs engine set-up, How would this compare to other models ie. 7.3 superduty, 6.0, 6.4, 6.7 with similar best case modifications (within reason and all without water injection).

Once you IC a OBS, it is more or less a superduty, just add a 17* HPOP and electric fuel and your there...
6.0 Needs nothing to be a great tow rig, would throw a mild tune on one and rock it.
6.4 is a monster, just needs the DPF deleted...
6.7... 400hp from the factory, if you need more towing power then that, you need a CDL.
With a 250-350-450 your going to max out at 35k or less...
If you try and pull with our trucks at more then 350hp for sustained time, your going to melt down the rear end, the trans, the T case and any number of other items...
GVW of most over the hwy trucks is 80k...
You need to go back and weigh your truck...
Down here in the mainland it is... You can go 105,000 with added tag axles, but beyond that you have to have special permits.
