Default p1212 and p0340

I Have a 97 f350 with a 7.3 powerstroke. I bought it a few months ago and I noticed that very very rarely it would start lop and die. I then noticed the idle would hunt some times but not much. Then I found the check engine light bulb was removed! So I checked codes and I have a p1212 icp not detected cranking. And a p0340 cps malfunction. Now my cps is new and the ice doesn't look too old. The connector Looks shitty but nothing changes when I wiggle test them. I also so about 800psi at idle amf rpm on the scanner. Help please!! Codes come right back

Next time it sits overnight, check the level of the HPOP res with something like a straw or toothpick...

Do you have a long crank to get it started?

Do you have access to a scanner that can read ICP pressure?

It starts up fine but I can check the level later. I also can read icp but it starts right up so I can't get cranking psi

i really appreciate your help! I looked at it this morning and It is a grey CMP sensor napa part number 71-4623. If i clear the codes they come right back, before i even start it. my scan tool doesnt show icp voltage but the psi is 0 with the koeo and it doesnt matter if the icp is plugged in or not, the ipr is also 15% with the koeo. The weird thing is when its running (cold and the idle hunts) icp is 700-950 and ipr is 14-17% and when i unplug the icp nothing changes, it doesnt default to 750 psi, it keeps in the 700-950 range usualy in the 800s. Kinda sounds like something is wrong with the pcm if these codes come right back?

thanks you so much for your time!
