Ok. So with that, is it better to have higher or lower pressure? Or mid range? Would it be a good idea on a manual?

On an auto trans pressure is related to gear and speed...on dodge autos it is very roughly 1 psi per mph until the trans locks up and then it can go up over 100psi...IIRC. I am unsure on Ford autos and manual trans.

As the above poster mentioned it varys depending on speed and TC pos.

On a manual you would have 0 pressure. Or VERY little anyway.
