i've got a cummins so all i did was drill and tap near the last exhaust port, i had a buddie hold a vacuum to pick up any spare chips, then just stuck a little pen magnent in the hole and got the rest of the chips out. just take your time, those manifolds are made of really hard steel and might make bits break pretty easy. start with a small bit and work your way up.

wow.... i cant believe i said ISSPRO. ok i withdraw that answer, i wanted ISSPRO but realized they were too much for me (im on a college budget). sorry everyone, im ashamed to say i bought Glow Shift gauges I know I know, I deserve a good hazing here.... but I will say, i know people who hooked these up word for word by the directions and have not had any issues with them, plus they have a good warranty. and they were cheap
