How fast is your starter spinning? How are the batts, what volts? What is the voltage drop between the two large studs on the gpr? What did your gp's ohm out to? Will the truck start if you turn the key to on until the voltage gauge jumps up then attempt to start it? How cold is it? All info that could be useful for us...

starter spins fast like normall batts are 12.3 volts and there isnt really a drop in voltage between terminals.and didnt ohm test the GPs dont know how to. and i dont think the rpm guage goes up when cranking and also i noticed last summer that my rpm guage would reed wrong rpms somtimes.but not sure if thats the prob.and its 25 obove here and not sure about the volt guage.

I would have the batts load tested. Might take off the starter and test that to. Ohm out the glow plugs at the uvch plugs. Just because you have the relay turning on and new glow plugs, doesn't mean you actually have power to the glow plugs
