Default 1994.5 powerstroke 4x4 dually rarity?

I just bought a 94.5 powerstroke regular cab dually 4x4 and I know that the dually 4x4's are pretty rare. Anyone have any production #'s? Oh and it's a 5 speed!

it's a conversion. it was probably a 4x4 single wheel from the factory. if they did a good job you shouldn't be able to tell.

Truck was originally a c&c. Anyway of decoding the VIN to determine axle ratio? Factory options? Did ford make a factory Dually 4x4?

The only 4x4 duallys back then were cab and chassis, not very rare at all.
If it has a dually bed on it, then it'll look really goofy. Rear end will be really narrow and wheel base is 3" too long. I had one.

If the rear end is wide enough and has the correct wheelbase, then it would be a single wheel F-350 that someone other than Ford added spacers and extra tires on the back.

look at the door tag, it should have a spot that says axle, with a 2 digit code. then look in the owners manual. or look on the axle, there should be a tag under one of the bolts.

Thanks for all of the info. The truck has factory 4.10 gears and has a wheelbase of 137 so it is a factory 4wd dually. Thanks for all the responses
