1997 7.3 has absolutly no power

1997 7.3 has absolutly no power
I have a 97 7.3 that has no power what-so-ever. I just replaced the turbo, with a remanufactured tp-38. I have replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the little screen on the drivers side of the fuel bowl. I have checked all the injectors by unplugging them while it is running. I replaced the lift pump, and still it has no power. It doesnt smoke at all hardly, and idles fine.
I would really really appriciate any help on this issue.

this about sums it up. I bet the injectors and hpop are shot.
