How do you know for sure? If it is a powerstroke you can chip it

can we please have a date off the door sticker or the engine please? haha its not that we dont trust you its just we need to know what exactly you have so we can give you the right info

door tag doesn't mean much... my 94 said 3/ 94 and it was a powerstroke. post a picture of the engine

Mine says 3/94 but all the pics i have looked at of the IDI is completly differeent then mine. I will upload engine pics soon.

keep in mind there were three engines in 94, 7.3 IDI non turbo, 7.3 turbo, and 7.3 "Powerstroke".

and if it says "Turbo Diesel" on the fender, it could still be a powerstroke.if the turbo sits paralel with the block it's a 7.3 turbo. if it's more perpandicular to the block, it's a "Powerstroke".

Dude how the hell do you not know what truck you bought? Is there a damn turbo sticking out of it? Is there an HPOP anywhere? Are there Powerstroke badges anywhere? Just send us a damn pic instead of having us guess what kind of truck you have
