Are reman injectors fine? Or do screw up fast? And what's the difference between stage 1 an stage 2 injectors that both push 160cc?
To determine what condition your hpop is in, you would need a scanner to see psi and duty cycle %... I wouldn't worry about it at this point...

The standard difference between 1's and 2's are the nozzle size... For the most part, 1's have stock nozzles and 2's have 80 or 100% over stock nozzles... I would get yours rebuilt with new internals... That's what I did... Of course, new is always the best option...

So is there a noticeable difference between 1 and 2?

I've read there's like a 50-100hp diff between stage 1's and 2's. People usually dyno (with supporting mods of course) around 300-320whp w/ stage 1's, and stage II's usually put you closer to 400whp. Stage II's = more fuel in the same window.
