Yeah but I get 200 miles from full to half a tank then about 120 on the last half, so it may not be as bad as you think

You may not be far off... Fill it up. Drive it 200 miles. Fill it back up. Take miles driven divided by how much fuel you put back in it. Let us know what that is.

If you just bought the truck, change the oil, fuel filter, what kind of air filter does it have? Is it stock exhaust? Key to these trucks are let them breathe. 6637 intake and 4" exhaust with 3" downpipe.

I am in Peoria now for a few more weeks, if you would like I can hook up to it with Auto Enginuity and see what comes up, run a few tests.

If its stock you will get no smoke, so I would not be concerned there.

More then likely with almost 200k the up pipes are leaking badly.

Stock intake is not bad, there are better, but its well sized for the factory programing.

Up pipes, they are what feeds the turbo, they use exhaust doughnuts similar to Chevy manifold doughnuts.
