Default 96 f350 info!!! plz!!

i have a 96 1ton non duallie, 7.3L turbo oil burner

its bone stock right now just a lift and tires.

what could i expect if i did
-cold air intake
-true 3in down pipe
-and 5in exughst

like whats better muffler or straight pipe

Not much, might pick up 20hp...

It will breath better, and the EGT's will go down with the 3" down pipe, but you have to add some fuel to get more HP.

Need to get some gauges as well, EGT, Boost and Tranny temp min.

As far as the exhaust system I would go post in the sponser section and see what they can come up with, any 3" down pipe to 4 or 5 inch system will be the same. There is no HP gain by going to a 5". Just costs more.

Well what im looking for is more power and fuel milage if that's possible. And thanks for the info on pipe size.

Gauges, Intake, Exhaust and a chip or programer will give you a nice bump in power and some better mileage if you keep your foot out of it.

when i did all that i gained maybe 2-3mpg if im nice to it.

Do as these guys have said, but keep in mind you're driving a one ton dually... They are big and heavy. After you do intake, exhaust, gauges, and chip... That will be the best mileage you get.
