Nope. Your fuel heater went out and took out the fuse that powers the PCM... No PCM, no start...

What's the PCM again? I now I read up on it during this "learning experience" but I've also read up on just about everything else haha

Default Glow Plugs are good

No man your glow plugs are fine. The element on the fuel heater is touching the bottom of the filter, blowing that fuse which also sends power to the IDM relay and glow plug relay. At the temp you are at you probably don't need the glow plugs to start up but your IDM wasn't getting any juice. You weren't getting any fuel to fire up with.

The part that sucks is I replaced the fuel filter when I fixed the leak that started this nightmare... And when I dud I was dicking with the fuel filter ( unknowingly at the time) and I know I broke it the rest of the way

Dont worry about it. You dont need the fuel bowl heater. I have not had one in years, I dont even have a fuel bowl anymore!

ok guys changed the fuel bowl heater and the fuse wont start now STILL turns over... but now I got white smoke coming out of the exhaust

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

WEll I just went and smelled the exhaust it was not sweet by any means so I dont think I have coolant in my system... and it did not burn my nose... how long should the fuel bowl take to refill? I cranked her over for 30 plus seconds and it did not refill and I have low pressure (if any) coming off the shradder valve on the side of the fuel bowl... So im thinking a leaky fuel pump that needs replacing?

White smoke means your getting fuel. Sounds like your GPR is not working. Try jumping it for about 30 seconds and then crank it again.

As I said before, on a OBS you will show NO fuel pressure unless the motor is running. the fuel pump runs off the cam, and if the cam is not turning your not getting fuel pressure.

i just replaced my glow plug regulator and my cam position sensor

so will my truck start if the fuel bowl was drained? It should refill as I crank the motor right? because I cranked it a long time and it only filled about, maybe, halfway

What is the wire going to the GPR that is in Black housing with an orange stripe?

And how can I test the fuel pump?
