Default crank, no start

I have a 95 powerstroke. I just replaced the headgaskets & injector sleeves due to them leaking. before I did, the truck ran great. now two weeks later I still can not start the truck. it will crank over great just will not start. I replaced the IPR valve, the GPR, starter. The valve cover gaskets & glow plugs are 1 yr old. the lift pump is 1 yr old. the injectors got all new o-rings. I am lost, any help would be great.

Could be the CPS. x2 on checking the wiring. My IPR pigtail was melted and caused 3 weeks of frustration.

Agreed, double check...twice. And look at all the fuses too, one bad contact can cause one to blow.
