Default tranny and injectors

I took my 97 7.3l on the beach this weekend and I guess I overheated the tranny and it was 8 quarts low according to the valvoline place. They filled it up for me and it seems to work except it shifts hard and the overdrive off light won't stop blinking. I've decided to get an aftermarket trans if mine is messed up. What is a good brand of tranny? I was looking at ats but my cousin said they were overpriced. I also would like to upgrade injectors and wanted to know yalls opinions on brands of those. I would like stage two

I like my Suncoast, but for a Ford, you cant go wrong with BTS. They build the best E4do or 4r100 you can buy. It will be the last tranny you ever buy.

His warranty... You break it, he fixes it...
