Default FPR Leaking - Help ASAP

My FPR is leaking (more like a fountain) at the screen orifice. I cleaned the screen 10 minutes ago, reinstalled the FPR, and now it leaks.

Is the large screen orifice seal supposed to go into the fuel filter bowl before securing the FPR? I haven't done this maintenance in awhile and am afraid I've screwed up something.

I'm lurking, hoping for a quick reply.

Wow, no replies at all. I'm bummed. I've done all I can with it. I'm going to try replacing o-rings. I hope that works.

I'd appreciate it. I'm thinking o-ring issue, but I'm open to suggestions.

Haven't been able to find any FPR retaining bolt torque specs so I'm snugging them tight.

Problem resolved.

While cleaning the engine valley, I found the missing o-ring that two different diesel techs said was not used in the FPR.

If anyone else has this issue, there are three o-rings in the FPR screen orifice; two on the FPR screen and one used at the mating surface between the FPR and the fuel bowl.
