I have a 97 powerstroke with 260000 miles on it, just recently it started leaking oil from the oil cooler it was leaking from the tube itself at the front of the engine not the gaskets.No big deal , today i replaced all the o rings and gaskets went back together like a champ but after an hour driving it around and pulling back in the shop it started pissing oil again but this time from the gasket at the front of the engine at the bottom bolt it leaks worse now than before.

so my question is what did i do wrong , here is a run down of how i removed and installed.

removed fender well,pulled steering shaft, unbolted motor mount and hoisted the engine up for clearance. removed front drive shaft for more room and the front shock mount for even more room to work , power washed everything off and then pulled the cooler. broke it down cleaned it used gasket remover to clean it brake clean to get all the other junk off rebuilt it . when i put it all back together i used studs to set the gaskets so the would not move around and stay lined up.I placed the cooler on the block removed the studs and placed the bolts one at a time . torqued the bolts to 18 ft pounds and reassembled the rest of the truck. filled all fluids started the truck let it idle for a bit watched for leaks. nothing ,drove around pulled back in the shop and it was pissing oil again. so with that being said what the hell did i do wrong. or do i have greater problems.
