Default oil in coolant

So I just did oil cooler o rings on my 1995 7.3 and now there is oil in the coolant and coolant in the oil.... I'm guessing I pinched a o ring or something? Or is it something else possibly?

Well it did this on the test run after the oil cooler, it had approximately 10 mins on it since the new o rings, the time it took me to start it, let it warm up, its 12° here, and get to a parts store foe coolant.

I'm sure you are right. If you did notice it before, especially while you had it openned up... put it back together and poof! Pretty straight forward.

But just in case, you asked "if" it could be something else, Could be, but not as likely-- +1 to bob's injector cups, it could also be a head gasket... But like we all suspect, those are not as likely as a pinched or misaligned o-ring.

Then after you asked, you support what you already knew was going to be the most obvious! That's funny! It's 12 degrees outside and you are stalling going back out there to tear it back open aren't you(?)

LOL. I feel for you. Not like that hasn't happened to me before. We are not perfect and things do happen sometimes.
