Just wanted to get some opinions from anyone that has installed glow shift gauges, boost, fuel pressure, transmission temp. and egt gauge. From what I understand (and I am new to diesel's) the transmission temp will install into the e40d test port assuming it has one. the best place for the egt gauge is out the driver side manifold down pipe. the fuel pressure can be attached to the fuel bowl but I guess I need an adapter! any one know what adapter? I know the thread from the guage is 1/8 NPT but I am not sure what needs to be on the end that attaches to the fuel bowl. I have a 95 7.3. then the boost gauge. I see guys are tapping into the map sensor line. is this where I want to tap in and if so what T fitting do I need to use?
