Default 7.3 engine issues

I have a 96 7.3l F-250 with roughly 150k on it, the truck wont start unless I spray a small shot of either in the intake. once its running the truck sounds like its running on 3 cylinders. and idles so rough I cant have anything on the truck otherwise it falls to the floor. the truck had a short in the harness and fried my idm when it first drop dead on me. after I fixed that issue the truck started my new issue and barely idles. the truck has a new lift pump that probally has 45 min on it and new oil change all new filters, I ohmed out all of the wiring harness from the idm connector through the injectors and had between 3 and 3.2 ohms for every injector, I checked the oil level in my hpop and when took of the plug the hpop res was full, there are no fuses blown, and im probally forgetting other things ive checked or replaced. can someone help me with my issues with this truck thanks

WHen you ohmed out the injectors, did you ohm the glow plugs? Does it start when you plug it in over night?

all 8 glow plugs and three of the uvc harness were replaced with new, and I checked the glow plugs from the valve cover gasket and they checked fine from there, I haven't checked the engine harness side because I could find any schematics on it

Thats good, means theres fuel being injected into the cylinders... have you checked your glow plug relay?

the relay is bad im assuming because when I turn the key on the relay starts buzzing and after 10 sec it'll start smoking so I have the relay unplugged, and the truck is sitting in a heated shop with a heater blowing on it, so engine is fairly warm and should still fire
