Default Good deal? 94 PSD

Hello all,

Just wanted to get your opinion on another potential purchase....
It's a 94 Powerstroke 230,000 miles...5spd that's not running. It shut off one day
and won't start. He wants 1200$ for it. Body is scratched but no major rust. Do it?
Or Should I hold off? Thanks!

If you have extra money laying around then why not? i mean as long as theres not a fricken window in the block you could stand to make a good sum of money off that thing

Finally got her running! Had to siphon tanks dry and put fresh in....new fuel filter...cleaned FPR...then re-primed bowl and put in the new idm. Also had to fill the hpop resevoir. 2 cranks and a squirt of starting fluid and she took off! Seems I have a hellacious fuel leak somewhere though...maybe pump? The valley is quite wet and its running out underneath the truck. Best 1200$ I ever spent!
