Ford dealer was touting much better loaded mileage with the 6.7 than the 6.4. It is better but not big as they initially claimed. I am happy with the truck, plenty of power and the new turbo gives it big acceleration.
i thought i read on ford's site for the 450 was 4.55 gears? or somethin like that

MotorTrend or some magazine did an article that said with a 1000lb load in the bed a 6.7 was getting 21mpg at 70mph.

suprisingly enough my mom's 2010 will get about 17-19 on the highway, its bone stock other then some look better mods, wheels, tires, chrom, etc... although my big brothers only got about 13 regardless of where and how it was driven, did a DPF delete and got about 18ish on average, our 6.7s are getting 19 stock, did a AFE stage 2 intake on my brothers we'll see if that hurts or helps it any

My 2012 F-550 6.7 is getting 9.5 mpg but it has an autocrane mechanics service body, air compressor, crane, welder and alot of tools. Truck is 18500 lbs with nothing in the bed and is still a rocketship. It gets better mpg than our 6.0s and 6.4s with the same body

The day I drove away from the dealer I was getting 21.7 empty after 500 miles I was getting 15.7 pulling my camper. Pulling out of a wal-mart the engine stumbled a little and ever since my mileage is getting worse. 14.3 empty I've had it to 2 dealers they can't the problem
