A tug of war is about traction and mass, not power. Watch any professional tug of war with people; they always try to off balance the opposition, not muscle them.

I think Ford would still be number one even without fleet sales. At least here in texas it seems that most personal trucks are fords on the higway. Ive owned ford and dodge, and drove a few chevys. I sold my Dodge to my work, which is all fords and the one dodge now. IMO Ford takes the cake as far as power, reliability, and "comfyness". The Dodge was powerful, and pulled like a dream, but was lacking on interior comfort. The chevy was decent on power, great interior, but i dont like the new body or IFS. Not the best comparison becaus ethey where from all different years, my dodge was an 05, my ford is an 04, and the chevy was an 09, which i was driving to the dealer for a guy since it was having turbo problems. This just my impression of the big 3, one really isnt better then the other, everyone has there own needs and wants from a truck and I think the big 3 do a good job covering all of us.

LOL... Ford is rated to pull more then the Dodge, looks better doing it, has better braking controls, is more comfortable and just is overall a better truck...

And amen to that notion!
