Just seeing if anyone can help me out here ... I have a 2008 F-250 PSD and while driving down the highway i let off the loud pedal and got back into and the truck fell on its face.... I shut the truck off immediately and coasted to the side of the road. Had to start it up and move it to a field entrance since it was a bad spot to stop... While at Idle there is a loud rattle coming from Turbo area and could barely back up on flat ground... I had it towed but now its 125 miles away and trying to figure out my options...
ive had people say several things...
1. blown turbo
2.Plugged DPF Filter
3. injector

It is completely stock right now ... had my old man start it up for a minute and went back to the tailpipe and hardly any exhaust was coming out ... But i want to see if there is anything i can check before i spend $500 towing it back to where i live... but i can pull the turbo and see what i find...
I just eased back on it ... i was going about 50 and was just trying to get back to 60mph ..

the truck has 214,000 miles and the check engine light has been of for a while ... but that is for glow plug to PCM failure... thats been on for about 5K miles. dealer didnt seem too excited about it .. they just drilled and replaced 3 head studs on it due to Loud Squeal and power loss... had the truck for just a year now and have put $6K in it and really getting frustrated ya know






If anyone could give me some insight it would be much apprecitated....
