Default At idle I feel vibrations on the steering wheel

Today I did an oil change, change both my fuel filter, clean my drop in AFE PRO DRY 7 air filter, & put 2 new rear tires. But now while I have my truck idling I feel a little vibration thur the steering wheel, but if I drive or park & increase the RPM, the vibration is gone. COULD the problem be the fuel filter ???
