Blew oil out right front wheel well. Glow plug harness off

Blew oil plug
Well I had a new Trans from sun coast in March and everything was great. Except the 7200 lighter my wallet wAs. Plus tax. Then I went to Texas for the Fourth of July. I have always run synthetic rotella but decided to change while visiting San Antonio. Royal purple made it to Mississippi line on I 10 and seemed fine. Three in the morning I was doing 70 with a empty 16 ft v noSe enclosed empty trailer behind me when I heard a whoosh and smelled oil. 211,000 and not a minutes trouble running spartan 210. I had put 250 on tune for the last 6 weeks before incident. I pulled over and oil was coated down side of truck and trailer. Came out front right wheel well and all I noticed was harness off plug. First one on right side on engine. I check glow plug. It was intact and I pulled and replaced anyways. It cranks fine but rough idle and smoke. I only cranked for two minutes tops. It's been sitting every since. No noise no knocking. Just wanted to be safe so rented truck and drove home to Nashville. Well it's home now. My friend let me park in his yard so it's still on gulf coast. Was planning on rebuilding. Unless anyone knows something that could help. Thanks for showing interest. Your the first since July that has. Paul
