During the regen cycle are your turbos supposed act up? When i let off the gas it whistle longer than usual. During acceleration they are sounding kinda weird also.

I just bought it about three weeks ago. It was my first regen experience and it sucks. I just ordered a dpf delete pipe, egr delete and a spartan tuner

Well yeah the 08 Ford diesels have that DPF junk in to cause all trucks made after 07 had to have it by law, thanks to the EPA. There are four tiers of emission terror out there.
You have an 06 Diesel , ie last year of the dirty for Dodge. watch out for the greenies trying to slash your tires.

This is for passanger cars:

I do industrial generators and the emission equipment is almost larger than the engine, final tier four for industrial engines they expect the air out the exhaust to almost be cleaner than the air going into the engine!

I get almost no smoke outta my rig, unless Im in higher elevations like the colorado rockies. Then I do notice a bit of smoke until I boost up, as the air is quite thin up there.

Mine doesn't smoke unless I lay into it and even then it well go away after a few seconds. Mine is custom tuned though.
