Default Edge Evolution_dpf delete_egr_delete

Hello everybody... I have a 2010 F-350 6.4 liter powerstroke. I recently purchased a Edge Evolution programmer and had cold air intake, dpf delete installed. I plan on doing the egr delete also, but at the time I had the other done, the egr kit did not show up on the ups truck. I saw a 5 mpg increase using level one on the programmer. Do I have to have the egr delete installed, or can I get along without? If I do need the egr delete, is it critical to get it done asap, or can i wait for a while? Thx.

I haven't seen a code yet. I've only had the programmer for about a week. The mechanic that did the work told me that without the egr delete kit it is possible to get coolant in your oil. He said he had not seen it in the 6.4, only the 6.0. I was just wondering if I had to have it and if so do I need to get it done asap?? thx..
