Advice on a 2005 F350 Turbo HD
Sounds like a dying FICM or weak batteries (about $200 to fix the FICM, batteries maybe another $200 or so)
Dying GPCM, unsure of cost but should be able to get one easy and shouldn't be terribly expensive.
The only thing that doesn't make sense is the fuel level sender deal, but I'd imagine that's pretty easy to fix too.
All easy and cheap fixes it looks like...
