My last fill up I got 523 miles per 35 gallons. I do have a 38 gal tank and fill up till you can see it in filler neck. Upon next fill up I put in just over 35 gallons. so roughly 15 MPG. This is with both city and highway driving mixed with 5 to 10 minute warm ups in the morning. Longest trip was about 185 miles highway. And at 70 to 75 MPH with some WOT getting on the freeways.

Mike give me a call about the ficm when you get a chance, I pm'ed you my number.

I have been watching my ficm with AE while driving around and I noticed a couple times it went to 46 volts

46 is hardly anything to worry about though, as far as voltage is concerned. I just read your PM. The extra one I bought this week looks more like a paper weight at this point. It tests 48v key on, 48v cranking, and then drops to 39 when running, however when I pulled it apart, something has actually melted/burned up on this board, and I'm not sure it's repairable. Luckily I have a couple of bum 7 pin units so I can probably frankenstein something together. I'll let you know if I end up getting a good working spare here for you to try out. It's a long shot, since your voltage numbers are good, but it's worth a shot. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen one read good numbers but run like poo.

Well I don't know what the heck is going on... Sometimes if I take of from a dead stop and wot it, it does the 2stroke and won't go past 2,000 rpms or so... But if I take off easy and let the turbo start to spool up then wot it seems fine... But like I said its hit or miss...
I think the turbo is on its way out?

And as usuall the 6.0's true coolers are starting to show, crusin out to my buddies yesterday 70* out and eot was 13-14* difference... So oil cooler needs done...

And while I was cruising 50-60 mph up a real slight hill in overdrive egt's were hitting 1100*

You have a tuner on this thing or not? 1100 sounds hot... typically if the turbo was junk, it wouldn't work all the time, not just some of the time. I really wish you were closer so we could put a scanner on this and check a few things out.

Are you getting any black smoke at all while driving, especially during those times it seems like it's loading up?

EGR valve still in place? Ever been cleaned?

I'd be interested to know a few things: ICP desired vs actual, and IPR duty cycle. I'd also like to know if the EBP sensor is doing anything... I had similar issues and it was a chaffed wire going to the EBP, though your tuning may not even use it.

How many miles are on this truck again?

EGR valve still in place? Ever been cleaned? No egr valve...

The ECM is VXAP2N2.HEX I'll have to check my data log I did with the AE and get you the numbers... I know they were real close together the icp vs icp desired ...

[QUOTE=Powerstroking814;872095]And as usuall the 6.0's true coolers are starting to show, crusin out to my buddies yesterday 70* out and eot was 13-14* difference... So oil cooler needs done...

well today i finally got around to doing a coolant flush with restore and restore plus and cat ec1 elc... and installing my sinister filter. took me like 5 hrs to do the whole flush process! so i got my delta to drop down to 8-9* delta wot up a hill... so that will hopefully hold me off until i cant get a oil cooler and the time to do it...

i pulled a car hauler flatbed trailer with maybe 500# lumber yesterday and beat the hell out of the truck and man this thing has no power what so ever!!! it took all it had just to keep it at 50mph!!! i got to figure out what is wrong with this thing...

after towing i noticed that my turbo psi numbers are getting a little better but still wot and it will only hit 17-19 psi max... cruising highway in over drive 1500rpms 55mph overdrive, if its a flat road lucky to see 1psi slight hill max 3-4psi... my buddies 6.0 same thing and he will see 10psi on slight hill...

and my egts are getting crazy!!! in overdrive 55mph slight hill 3-4psi boost 1,000-1,100 egts

but on the bright side my lie-o-meter went from 9.2 to 9.5!!!

a bunch of fuel and no air to clean it up would certainly cause issues. I would start going over everything from the turbo to the motor with a fine tooth comb, ie, the intercooler tubes, the intercooler itself, the boots etc.

Could you answer some of the other questions I asked? It will help me diagnose a little better.

Thanks,
