S&B is good, I prefer AFE, dry setups are king. I wouldn't use any filter that requires oil on one of these.

K&N in my experience from racing four wheelers always let dirt past, no matter what cleaning/oiling method I used, and I was METICULOUS with my filters.

I currently use an AFE stage 1 setup with the proguard dry 7 filter. It's a great filter. If you have a K&N full setup, you can get just a replacement filter from AFE I'm pretty sure.

After seeing what I saw with all of the K&N's I've used, on naturally aspirated motors, I can't even imagine using one on a forced induction unit... F that.
