03 excursion 6.0 130k - no start - (turbo back is the only mod)

hooked the ids up and had it running on 1,4,6 and 7
no pulse width on injectors 2,3,5 and 8
tried my ficm in another truck and it started and ran fine
pulled the injector harness and tested each wire from end to end for continuity as well as cross checking every wire for shorts against every wire in the harness. even checked the ground wire against everything and no problems.

any ideas??
