Pretty much all of them are good kits. I used mkm cusomts. I didnt use new gaskets. i just loosened the intake manifold some and pried it up to pull the egr cooler out. And the egr delete is a great idea for the 6.0. good luck and ask any more questions you have.

How are your delta's if they are 15edeg's or more you need to replace your oil cooler as well but make sure you flush the system the right way with restore and restore + before you replace the coolers or they will plug up quickly and you will be doing it again. I used this one off of e-bay it is a verygood kit so why spend more money 6.0L FORD F250-350 UNF DIESEL EGR VALVE DELETE KIT (794504110203) | eBay I also replace the intake gaskets , I figured that I would just get the thing out of the way and not have to worry about it. Which ever way you go be carefull of the injector clips and do not loose them. Not sure where yours is on a 03 but on my 05 when I did my cooler and delete I unknowinly know the plug loose to the IPR on the back of the motor and created a no start issue and had to tear it down again, just a suggestion. Good luck and wellcome to the 6.0 world

I used new intake manifold gaskets every time I take it off. Ford does say they are reusable though. I did my delete around 80k miles and my gaskets could have easily been reused. I did a buddy's 04 that had 100k miles on it, and no way could we have used them again, the rubber o-rings had deteriorated.
