to load test the batteries you have to have a "battery load tester". An egr delete would be the correct way to get rid of egr problems.
check that last code and give us the code number please

Great lookin truck

Oh ok ill see if my buddy has one of those. Yeah I'd delete the egr but I live in California where a smart car is even considered a "gross poluter". I just cleared all DCT's to see if anything would come back but as soon as it cycles ill post them asap. Could my bad mpg be caused by a dirty fuel filter? Cause the truck has 91k miles and I don't think its been replaced.

There is no way your truck has gone 91k miles on the stock fuel filter, and if it has I would sell it ASAP. The change interval is something like 12k-15k miles for those, and I never even let it go to 10k miles. That would certainly cause your low mileage.

Tried a Google search for Sinster and came up only with MC bags - Besides Sinister are there any other recommended coolant filters?

Thanks in advance.

[QUOTE=Mdub707;833759]Sinisters site is:

EGR Delete Kit | Diesel Performance Parts | MKM Customs - Performance Products and Accessories

[QUOTE]

Just ordered one from here - they are on sale $20.00 off PLUS they are running an additional 10% Holiday coupon so I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Always good to help the sponsors out. Support those that support you! Glad you went that way. Not too many of the sponsors hang out in the 6.0 section so I tend to forget...
