I have a 2006 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. It has 30K miles on it, check engine light comes on after driving it for about 15-20 minutes, trouble code is P0299 (turbo under boost). The truck is starting right up, running great, has plenty of power, not cutting out and getting great fuel mileage. I have cleared the code several times and it keeps coming back. Any ideas?

Chances are it's either a clogged EPB tube/sensor
or your turbo is sticking

With that low of miles on an 06, my guess is it does a lot of sitting around. There are two things that are really bad for these turbos, sitting around doing nothing, and long idle/slow driving.
