Default surge and then dies ???

I have a 06 f250 4x4 auto trans with 212,000 miles. After it warms up it starts to surge and then dies at higher speeds it seems and wont restart . It has a new FICM , ICP and IPR . No codes set . When cranking engine over the ICP DSD reading on scan tool is at 684 PSI and the ICP actual reading is 380 PSI . After the truck cools it will start. Thanks for any kinda help!!!!

STC fitting ever changed, that's probably it. ICP actual is too low. What is IPR duty cycle reading when you're checking the ICP? your ICP actual should be almost 600 to even fire.... it's a high pressure oil leak somewhere. As the oil cools it gets thick and you can build pressure easier.

Where is the STC fitting located. Back at the high pressure oil pump? . Last night i hooked up shop air to the icp port and heard air then jumped the irp sensor to turn on and the air leak changed but still had a little bit of air leak. And i was told if you put air to the system and turn the irp on you should not hear any air.

Yes the STC fitting is on the HPOP. It's common on the 05+ trucks.
