Which tuner?

I would agree that SCT is the way to go. I had one of the early Bully Dog tuners. It looked good at first, until I realized it would not support custom tunes. The tuner eventually failed to communicate with my OBDII port. I had a horrible experience getting support. After 2 years of trying to get it fixed they finally offered to take care of it. By that time, I had decided to go with SCT. I've been happy ever since.
You will still need to find a good custom tuner. I can speak for Matt at Gearhead Automotive Performance. I have some upgrades, which I told him about and he sent me a really good tune.

Getting an SCT without the custom tunes isn't really the same... you really need those custom tunes. They come for free when you buy the thing from one of the tuners anyways.
Intake is a waste of money at this stage, save the coin for something more useful like gauges or a coolant filter.
EGR delete and studs will come as needed.
