6.0l HPOP

A new Ford HPOP is like $525....
None of this makes any sense to me...
If it starts and runs, but just has trouble starting when warm, the HPOP can't be bad, it's a leak somewhere in the high pressure oil system, probably either an o-ring on a dummy plug or stand pipe, or the MOST COMMON thing is the STC fitting, which I think I paid something like $50 for on ebay...
I don't know why they have the cab off to do injectors, that makes 0 sense. I guess that could be a preference thing for the mechanic though. Maybe he's quicker/more efficient at getting the cab off and then doing the work, but that seems silly for just injectors.

Coolant other supplies make it an awful costly job for just injectors.
