Is it turning over and just not firing? Any smoke coming out the exhaust? If so, what color? If not, then it's a good chance there's a bad connection at the FICM, try pushing the plugs in all the way under the FICM. What did you do with the old FICM? Did you test the voltage on this new one?

I can fix them FYI.

Did you test the new FICM since the no start issue? Does it have 48V? No smoke means the injectors are not firing, my guess is it's just a loose connection somewhere, and since the FICM was the last thing replaced I'd be checking all of that over. If that's all tight, gotta start working down the line here...

Could be ICP. Unplug it and try restarting it.

Did you test the FICM with key on engine off, then cranking? It should be tested KOEO, cranking, and running.

I'll PM you.

you said it is a new FICm// did you get it programmed before you installed it? it won't work unless that has been done. They do not come programmed.
